Four years ago, Hadley's Bungalow first came to our minds. My youngest daughter, Edde Sue, and I sat down to draw a little aqua beach cottage with a straw roof. We imagined it as the perfect place to visit, a place where you could go and enjoy watching the swaying palms and listening to the waves crashing. This little cottage is situated in a sleepy beach town where all you need is a variety of swimsuits for the day and pajamas at night. It's a simpler place where you can play hard all day with sun-kissed cheeks.

Edde Sue, with her entrepreneurial mind, turned our small drawing into a game of "What if". We have always dreamed of having a family business, and we started wondering what we would name it. The name "Hadley's Bungalow" quickly stuck, as Edde Sue's full name is Hadley Edith Susanne.

Hadley's Bungalow came to life after that little drawing moment. We, Caylin (oldest daughter and co-owner) and I love to create and began brainstorming, researching, planning, and creating for four years. We delved into what we loved most, the nostalgia of my girls in matching pajamas and coordinating swimsuits with southern hair bows. I always appreciated high-quality items that had a long lifespan and could be saved for their future little ones. Now, I'm using them as inspiration! As a mom who has been through it all, I want to share everything I've learned.

Hadley's Bungalow is a family of five - Scott and Rebecca with their three daughters, Caylin Dru, Madison Leigh, and Edde Sue. They have spent their lives biking on the 30A trails, playing tennis and pickleball, exploring the sea, and playing football on the beach. They hope to share their love of the Lord and instill a desire to work hard, play harder, and pray together.
