Shipping + Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer free ground shipping on exchange orders. If you require expedited shipping, we recommend returning your item(s) for a refund and placing a new order online with expedited shipping.

Shipping
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders!
All free shipping orders are sent via USPS Ground (7–10 days, or longer depending on weather and destination). If you need faster delivery, you may select Expedited Shipping at checkout. Express shipping through UPS or FedEx is available for a flat rate of $15.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
