FUN FAMILY TO-DO LIST! 

We at Hadley’s Bungalow are big believers in the importance of prioritizing family time! We think there is nothing more healing or refreshing than some good quality time with loved ones! We at the bungalow want to share our favorite family pastimes and hope that you get your family together and try some yourselves!!! 

There is nothing better than when you wake up and stay in your pjs all morning long! When you don’t have to be in a rush to get clothes on and rush out the door, and you can slowly sip on your morning coffee rather than taking it to go.

As a family, one of our favorite slow morning essentials is homemade breakfast tacos!! Each member can help out as you make them— and everyone can enjoy them together! 

Grab some chorizo sausage, egg, pico de gallo, avocado, lime, and tortillas! 

Sauté the pico de gallo and chorizo until both are cooked and add in the egg! In the meantime, have one of the kids smash up an avocado and squeeze some lime in it! 

Finally, spread the avocado lime mixture  on a warmed tortilla and add the egg, chorizo, and pico combination on top! If you’re like me, my dad, and Edde— go ahead and put some hot sauce on top for that extra spice!! ENJOY!!! 

Start off attainable— strive for a slow morning once a month! 

OUTSIDE PLAY! 

Playing outside is the most fun— especially when you have a football and your dad gives you routes to run! See how far you can go and still catch it—my sisters and I were able to catch SUPER DUPER BOMBS!!! I bet you can too😉

 

MOVIE NIGHT!!!!!! 

Probably our favorite family pastime is watching movies because we all get to snuggle up with our favorite snacks!! We specifically love getting into a good series together— whether that’s the Marvel movies, Star Wars, Fast and Furious, you name it! If you’re around our family long enough, you would hear us spitting out quotes from all kinds of movies and just cracking each other up! 

Try one or two of these things with your family or better yet, create some of your own traditions that you all enjoy and get excited about!
